Multichair Lounge chair

Chair, armchair, lounge object to relax and unwind – with a few simple steps, the Multichair by Joe Colombo can be transformed into any desired seating platform. In addition, the two elements that make up the Multichair can also be used individually. A well-designed construction connects two elements so that they can be flexibly adjusted. Two adjustable leather straps, which are given a robust guide thanks to chrome-plated steel bushings, provide the necessary stability support for the Multichair.

The Multichair from B-Line is composed of two foam-cushioned seat cushions, which are covered with a bi-elastic wool fabric, optionally in red or black. The fabric, a mixture of wool and polyester, is elastic in both, the longitudinal and transverse directions, and takes up almost the full padding again after loading.

Multichair is not just the ideal seating for design lovers. The interior experts from the TAGWERC Design STORE recommend the Multichair by Joe Colombo as an eye-catcher for lofts or open living situations. But the Multichair also takes on changing tasks in a small apartment, a reading corner or in a niche for relaxation. The Multichair seating object symbolizes Joe Colombo’s utopia of a facility that interacts with the user, takes up less space and promotes an efficient life without ballast. The Multichair is now part of the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, both in New York, USA.

TAGWERC as official partner of B-Line offers the Multichair, as well as the entire Joe Colombo Collection from B-Line, as licensed originals and all available spare parts.
